浮球液位計和超聲波液位計的比照剖析

 一、丈量比擬:

二、原理比擬:

 ②超聲波液位計的工作原理是由換能器(探頭)發出高頻超聲波脈沖遇到被測介質外表被反射回來,局部反射回波被同一換能器接納,轉換成電信號。超聲波脈沖以聲波速度傳播,從發射到接納到超聲波脈沖所需時間距離與換能器到被測介質外表的間隔成正比。此間隔值S與聲速C和傳輸時間T之間的關系能夠用公式表示:S=CxT/2。由于發射的超聲波脈沖有一定的寬度,使得間隔換能器較近的小段區域內的反射波與發射波重迭,無法辨認,不能丈量其間隔值。這個區域稱為丈量盲區。盲區的大小與超聲波物位計的型號有關。

三、特性比擬:

 ①適用于容器內液體介質的液位丈量除現場顯現外,還可配遠傳變送器、液位控制器等功用,顯現直觀醒目,顯現方向可依據用戶請求改動顯現萬向,丈量范圍大,不受容器高度限制,顯現器組件與被測介質完整隔離,故密封性好牢靠平安,構造簡單,裝置萬便,維修簡易,耐腐蝕、防爆。
